Joining Hilltop

Apply for Membership

Apply for Membership

Applications are currently being considered.  Membership is obtained by written application to the Board of Governors of the club.  An entire family must join. There can be no membership for children only or for less than both parents (if both are living in the same house) and all the children.

Fees
There is a one-time $200 share of stock to purchase, and a one-time $200 application fee, plus annual dues.

Currently the annual dues are $300 per family and a $50 maintenance fee, plus $50 per person in the family (ages 3 and over as of April 1) including the shareholder.

Joining
If you are interested in joining, please print and fill in the application form.  Date and retain the first page for your records, and make arrangements to get the second page signed by two active members of the club and two board members.  Mail that page to the address listed therein. If you have any questions please email us at hilltopswimclub@yahoo.com.

Waiting Lists
We currently do not have a waiting list for membership.  When we do have a wait, however, there are two working waiting lists: one for Haverford Township residents for whom preference is given, and a second for those living outside the township. When a membership opening occurs, the first family on the waiting list will be informed, and upon receipt of a check for the membership fee, current years dues, and the full purchase price of one share of stock, the membership application will be submitted for action.

August Membership
Memberships for the month of August are available, for the 1st through Labor Day, for $150 per family.

If you have any questions regarding membership, please contact us.

Dues
You can pay your dues online on the Dues page.

Redeeming your bond
All bonds returned before March 31st each year will be refunded in April for the original amount paid. To surrender your bond, please sign the back and mail it to P.O. Box 672, Havertown PA 19083. If the bond was issued to you and your spouse, then both must sign.
